Shirt and shoes order forms are due August 1! You can drop the forms and check off at Julie Drabczyk's home mailbox at 3296 South Margarette Ct this weekend. The shirt and shoes are a mandatory part of the uniform. If order form is not received, we will guess student size. The form is below.
Tomorrow, July 29th, pre-camp will begin at 10:30am due to thunderstorms in the early morning. Rehearsal will end at noon. Stay tuned for any updates in the morning.

Pre-Camp Practices start this week. Schedule below. Students are reminded of the following:
**Student parking lot and THS front lawn is a CONSTRUCTION ZONE. Do not walk through these areas under any circumstances.
**Parking only allowed on Charlton Road
**There will be NO access to the school building. Instruments have been moved from the band room and will be available for distribution from the Mat Room starting at 815am Monday.
**NO gum, sunflower seeds or food allowed on the field
**Water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own water bottle

Thursday 7/29: Pre-Camp Practice 900am-1200pm
BOOSTER MEETING: Monday 7/26 630pm - at the Concession Building at the Stadium. We will review the details of camp the week of August 2; all NEW parents or those with questions should attend.
WE NEED YOUR HELP: Looking for volunteers to help with the on-field PIT CREW during home games and performances. Please email us if you are interested. Also, we are looking for families to lend us lawn games : cornhole, ladder ball, etc. for the students to use during camp. Email us if you have something to donate.
Drill charts, videos, and coordinate sheets for the "Bewitched" show have now been posted underneath the "Marching Band" Tab. There will be copies at pre-camp next week but feel free to view and download as needed.
Just a reminder, pre-camp starts Monday 7/26 at 900AM.
Do you need any supplies for pre-camp and band camp? This includes lyres, flip folders, mouthpieces and reeds. The Google form needs to be filled out by Friday to get materials here for Monday. Please review and complete if you need some supplies.
Each band member must have a 2021 Show Shirt and clean, white marching shoes. The time to order is now! Shirts are included in the camp fee, but parents, grandparents and friends can purchase additional shirts for a low fee. Shoes are mandatory. Please see the attached form for details. Also - we will be doing uniform fittings by section this year during pre-camp week July 26-29. See the flyer for more information.
This year's band camp will be held on the Trenton HS campus August 2-5. We are in need of volunteers to assist the band staff with the operation of camp. There are several opportunities to help! For those if you who wanted to go away to camp, but couldn't get a week off work, now is the time to volunteer for a 3-hour shift!
