Friday/Saturday Band Itinerary

Friday, Sept. 24th: Home Football Game (Band Senior Night) 
5:00pm – Arrive at school. Travel to football field if you need to put anything in the stands. 
5:15pm – Music Rehearsal at the school (outside in the front lawn) 
5:40pm – Stretching 5:45pm – Put uniforms on (Seniors: head down to the field at 6:15) 
6:15pm – Play through show, seniors report to concession stand to meet up with your parents 
6:30pm – Senior Parent Night Ceremony 
6:45pm – Form block to march over 
9:00pm – Tentative game end. Students put away instruments, hang uniforms, and head home. 

Saturday, Sept. 25th: TRENTON INVITATIONAL 
9:30am-11:30am – Rehearsal on turf field (may be rainy, bring a jacket) 
11:30am – Downtime 
1:30pm – Report to band room 
2:00pm – We play the National Anthem to kick-off invitational 
2:15pm – Downtime (Watch the bands!)
​3:00pm – Put uniforms on. 
3:30pm – Head to warm-up (Guard to practice field) 
4:15pm – Travel to field 
4:30pm – Trenton Performance 
5:00pm – Awards 
5:30pm – Head to band room/Hang Uniforms/Put Equipment Away 

Notes: Parents, we encourage you to come to the invitational! Bring friends and family! 
Admissions Cost: Adults -- $7 Seniors/Students $5. Kids under 4 are Free 

What to wear underneath uniform - Top: Show Shirt (for both Friday and Saturday. May want to wash in between) - Bottoms: Light gray, white, or tan shorts/leggings. NO JEANS OR CARGO SHORTS. - Socks: Tall, ALL-WHITE Socks - Hair must be tucked up underneath the hat 

Students will get band class on Monday as a study hour to catch up on any missed work due to the weekend events!
