Long story short - our fall show calls for a synth keyboard specifically with a good acoustic GUITAR sound (nylon guitar string sound even better). We don't have a synth at THS anymore but there may be a band family member who could loan us a fairly good quality* electric keyboard synth from August through October that you wouldn't mind us taking to band camp and using in the pit. It doesn't need 88 keys. It also needs an external speaker output (headphone jack is fine). I already have a stand to use with it. Sustain pedal is also necessary (or if it can use one but you don't have one, I'll get one to use) *Quality = if it's really light and feels like a toy, that's not what I'm looking for. Band room open at 9 am - use auditorium ticket lobby doors Be here by 9:30 am Parade route is the "old" route - Gorno to Westfield. We will march from THS to Gorno. Parade starts at 10am. Usually ends by 11 am. Band room will be locked 20 minutes after parade ends. Dress: Yellow "Guys and Dolls" t-shirts (or best gold THS Trojans t-shirt if you do not have a "Guys and Dolls" shirt) *Weather forecast says temps in the 70s in the morning. Shorts OK. Athletic shoes OK. Guard will be wearing their own thing. Details:
