Absence Procedure

In order to avoid an unexcused absence from any rehearsal, I need to be sent an EMAIL from the PARENT/GUARDIAN email address so that I can have a record of the absence and you can have an dated "OK" reply receipt from me on file.

Student emails will NOT be accepted.  

If you know of any upcoming absences, especially on a performance day, PLEASE email me ASAP.
